Just 12 months ago it was a prototype with an exclusive style presented at Eicma by Vmoto Soco Group, and today it is the bike that is converting even 16-year-olds to green mobility, fascinated by the concept and performance of the Stash. Stash is to all intents and purposes a contemporary vehicle, with a design that appeals to young people, but with features that make it suitable for an audience without age limits. It was in fact designed to combine the agility typical of scooters with the driving enjoyment, stability and braking distances of a conventional motorcycle. With the acceleration and absence of vibrations that only a battery-powered model can guarantee.
Stash is the bike that anticipates the family feeling that will be shared by all products intended to expand a rapidly expanding range, which will be enriched in the coming days with the arrival of the brand new Dirt Bike.
The concept of modern style comes from the “pencil” of designer Adrian Morton, Design Director of C-Creative and creator of the style of some of the most fascinating motorcycles of recent years, who has been able to perfectly interpret Vmoto's vision.
Designed by a team of professionals, Stash stands out for its shapes that combine beauty and practicality. While presenting itself with the typical setting of a motorcycle, it integrates elements that are part of the scooter galaxy, starting with the large box under the seat. Stash it means “container”, and specifically in the multifunction compartment, the one obtained in the area between the saddle and the steering head, where the fuel tank is usually housed. Careful use of space has in fact made it possible to obtain an abundant space, sufficient to accommodate a full-face helmet, but also a sports bag, work bag or a school backpack.
Stash's goal is to accommodate every type of daily mobility, without limiting it to urban mobility, because the technical and dynamic characteristics make it an ideal vehicle for medium-range urban transfers. In addition to practicality, there is the performance guaranteed by the electric motor with a nominal power of 8 kW, and a peak of 15 kW, which the designers make available with the boost function. If in normal driving conditions the Stash reaches a speed of 110 km / h, the activation of the boost raises the limit to 120 km / h, with the aim of shortening the space necessary to overtake, to the benefit of safety.
Assembled using materials and components made by companies that comply with strict environmental protocols, Stash was born from a project that involved highly experienced engineers, testers and testimonials. The frame is stiff and light, paired with high-quality suspension and wheels with real street dimensions: 17 inches in diameter for both. With a braking system entrusted to two discs controlled by a combined circuit, which divides the action on both wheels, to put at ease those who have chosen a Stash as their first bike, so they have no riding experience. The goal is to make everything easier and safer, enjoying only the funnier and greener side of driving.
