Step 1: Contact Us

If you have a complaint, please write to us, providing the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details (email, phone number, and address).
  • Details of your complaint, including any relevant dates, times, and names of staff members involved.
  • Copies of any supporting documents (e.g., receipts, correspondence, etc.).

Step 3: Investigation

Our team, will investigate your concerns. This may involve speaking with relevant staff members, reviewing documentation, and assessing the circumstances surrounding your complaint.

Step 4: Response

Once the investigation is complete, we will:

  • Provide you with a detailed response, outlining our findings and any actions taken.
  • Aim to resolve your complaint within 14 business days of acknowledgment. If we need more time, we will keep you informed of the progress.
