A new and exciting position has arisen to join our marketing /clothing and accessories departments assisting in the launch and ongoing management of our new online shop.
The role also allows you to work on the shop floor with the clothing and accessories team enhancing your product knowledge.

Our online shop will be an added way for our customers to purchase their clothing and accessories.
Role Description
As our ecommerce assistant, you will be responsible for customer service, communication, sales activities and promotions and ensure our customers have a positive experience on our ecommerce platforms.
Your goal will be to drive activity to the online shop working closely with our clothing and accessories team.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Creating, uploading and updating product listings
- Liaising with the clothing and accessories team updating the ecommerce system with new products
- Ensure product availability by monitoring stock levels working closely with the clothing and accessories team.
- Optimise product pages for SEO ensuring high visibility
- Collaborate with the team to present and run marketing campaigns, setting up and monitoring promotional offers and discounts
- Assisting in the fulfilment of the online shop orders
- Responsible for the management of our eBay shop sales and listings
- This role is working every Saturday when you will be able to assist the team on the shop floor.
- We anticipate that 25% of the time will be spent with the team in the clothing and accessories department and 75% in the marketing department.

Salary / Hours of Work
- Up to £26,000 per annum
- 40 hours over 5 days, including Saturdays
